We hire people who do not need to be told what to do next. Autonomy is the default. Supervision is the exception. If you need permission to act, this is not the right environment.

We build in Bihar and we build to the highest standard anywhere. These are not in tension. The work we produce should be indistinguishable in quality from the best work done in any Indian city. The difference is where we choose to do it.

Second, technical competence paired with cultural sensitivity — the ability to operate at a high level while understanding the communities we serve.
